We reported that the Pharmaceutical Education and Research Institute signed a memorandum with the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy on organizing internships for students and masters in the field of industrial pharmacy and ensuring academic mobility.

As part of this cooperation, three students studying at the 4th level of the medical academy came to our institute today to undergo a pre-degree internship.

The guests were welcomed by the vice-rector for academic affairs of the institute, Sh.Z.Umarova. The female students, who came to our country wearing their national costumes, also presented Sh.Z.Umarova with a national shepherd of the Kazakh people.

After that, they got acquainted with the educational building of the institute, the Pharmacy Innovation Center, and the vivarium.

Students will undergo a week-long internship under the guidance of Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor M.Sh. Foziljonova and Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences H.Q. Bekjonov.
